Mary Ann lectured on "The Neuroscience of Cognitive Distortions" at the California State University Extension Program. The two hour program traced cognitive distortions from ancient mythology through modern cognitive neuroscience. She also discussed how we can use our brains neuroplasticity to alter cognitive distortions and improve our positivity and well being.
